Raw biomass is processed at our partner manufacturing facilities equipped with industrial pelletizers, chip mills, and drying chambers. Production is continuously monitored against spec parameters.

Independent third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas at factory gate and pre-loading. Laboratory analysis covers all critical parameters against contracted specification.

Port Operations

↳ Belawan / Surabaya / Kumai Ports

Product is transported to Indonesia’s major biomass export terminals under Tanara supervision. Stockpile management, loading coordination, and customs documentation are handled by our local logistics team.

Ocean Freight

↳ Indonesian Port → Discharge Port

Shipment via handysize / supramax bulk carriers under FOB, CFR, or CIF Incoterms. Tanara Energy coordinates vessel nomination, charterparty review, and cargo insurance when required.

Customer Delivery

Final cargo discharge at destination port with buyer’s surveyor present. Tanara’s commercial team provides post-delivery quality reconciliation and maintains ongoing customer communication.
